Refund policy

Our products are handmade, bespoke, unique and some items and patterns are exclusively available to TSA.  When you purchase a product from The Sunny Artisan you are buying a one-of-a-kind creation. Due to the rarity of our products and the time that goes into producing each item, we ask that you carefully choose your purchase. Each artisanal item is unique and carefully inspected for quality and craftsmanship before shipment. Please remember small imperfections are not a manufacturing flaw, but simply a feature of handmade artisanal products.

The Sunny Artisan has taken careful measures to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. Our shipments are fully insured for the whole value of the product.

If you notice any serious damage to the outside of the package please do not sign for the delivery and contact us immediately at home@thesunnyartisan.com.

If the seriously damaged package was left at your door and you could not refuse delivery, do not open the package, but email us immediately at home@thesunnyartisan.com and attach a photo of the package as you found it.

In the rare event that you notice damage to your order upon unpacking your product, contact us within 48 hours of receipt and provide digital images of the damage. If we confirm that the purchase was damaged in transit we will also confirm how to return the item and send you a replacement (if available). If no replacement is available, we will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned items. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order and confirm when the refund has been processed by us.  Please allow a further 5-10 days to see your refund reflected on your account (policies vary by bank).

In order for the products to be eligible for a return:

  • The items must have been purchased in the last 30 days
  • The items must be in the original packaging
  • The items must have had a material defect upon delivery (i.e. a provable defect in craftsmanship, or the item was broken or damaged during shipping)

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have no material defect or damage.
  • Items made to your specifications, customized or clearly personalized.
  • Items that are “part and parcel” of other items, that are by their nature, inseparably together.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, items on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.

The shipment of all items being returned remains your full responsibility.

We shall not be held responsible under any circumstances for any damage, theft or loss that occurs during or as a result of the return shipping.
